Refund & Return Policy

The short version: If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement, store credit, or full refund.

This policy applies to all orders placed on slowdogfeederbowl.com and is operated by Blueprintcommerce LLC. We ship to the United States only.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted, except in cases of a confirmed defective or damaged product (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unused, unwashed, and unassembled if applicable
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, chewed on, or visibly altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team
  • Orders where the return request was submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

To initiate a return:

Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to the address provided in our email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@slowdogfeederbowl.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer your choice of a full refund, replacement, or store credit — no questions asked.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you paid via Stripe, the refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after we process it on our end.

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at help@slowdogfeederbowl.com with your order number in the subject line.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary
  • If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@slowdogfeederbowl.com
