This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on slowdogfeederbowl.com, operated by Blueprintcommerce LLC. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We do not ship internationally, to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or to PO Boxes at this time.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order ships, the carrier and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website:
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at help@slowdogfeederbowl.com as soon as possible. We can only make address changes before the order has been dispatched.
Package marked as delivered but not received: Please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone else at your address. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early. If the package is still missing after 2 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Package lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at help@slowdogfeederbowl.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before opening it fully, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or peak holiday volume. If your order is significantly delayed, we will do our best to communicate proactively and find a solution.
Standard shipping is free on all orders of $35 or more (before taxes) shipped within the contiguous United States. This threshold is calculated on the subtotal after any discounts are applied. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when the threshold is met.
